I guess with the days of sunshine and spring weather, I tend to think about hiking. We did this Great hike last year to the Oregon Caves. We started in the Applegate, hiked over Mount Elijah (7,000 ft.) and down the mountain to the Oregon Caves. I haven't decided yet which was harder, up the Mountain or Down!! Bubba was a Great Sport! He really never hiked very much, but he did this one with me!! Of course, my son, YOUNG man that he is finished the hike, and then went through the Oregon Caves Tour (more hiking). You can stay the night at the Oregon Caves Lodge and then Hike back over the Mountain the next day. It really is a Beautiful Hike!
